We charge cancellation fees for the following types of cancellations.
Individual (Non-group) Customers
- For cancellation on the day of the planned stay, a cancellation fee equivalent to 80% of lodging charges
- For cancellation before the day of the planned stay, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of lodging charges
